I made my order I should have got two burgers I only got one called back in and told him I got one set for another 10 minutes finally they come out and not explain to him what it was then go back in 5 minutes later they bring it out 87 cents and change okay I call back and got a manager come out she comes out said they thought I didn't get my changes no more I didn't get my burger this is stupid another 10 minutes later I finally get a burger and they didn't make me pay for it...read full review

Don't know where I might be without cranberry slushes. I stop by at least several times a week. And 9.6 times out of 10 I leave just as happy as I was when I arrived. It's pretty rare when I feel as if I bothered some of the crew by stopping in at the wrong time, but it doesn't hinder my stopping, so oh well - I simply adjust tip accordingly! 8)

The Sonic Drive-In in Newbern, TN are always excellent about friendliness and getting my orders on time. I never have issues with getting the wrong order. I love that you can add the tip in the mobile app, which makes the whole process easier. Every time I order ahead and schedule a time they always have my food prepared and brought to me on time. I love this Sonic and the friendliness of the staff.
