When we do online ordering there is always something wrong either they dont have the item in stock or never got it made they advertise bottled drinks on the site and this location has no bottled drinks will be going to Jimmy Johns for our subs from now onIts like pulling teeth to get them to refund the item and they do not know how to count money so check your change before leaving this place if paying cash

Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn't look clean.

Went there last night and it was awful. The employees were very rude and one girl sat on her phone near the register the entire time I was there, and proceeded to give me a nasty look everytime she looked up! They did not seem the least bit friendly, and I can understand not being enthused about your job but come on, towards me and in all honesty it made me lose my appetite. 0/10 would not recommend.
