Most of the time, the food is okay. But, I've had some very ugly experiences here. Most recently, I ordered my food on the app, it charged my bank account 3 times ?....I called the store and the lady I spoke with said they didn't receive the order just to tell her what all was on it and they would make it and have it ready for me when I arrived. Once getting there, they had no clue what I was talking about and none of them spoke to me on the phone .......Needless to say, I paid...read full review

Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn't look clean.
