The absolute worst orange chicken, actually I haven't really enjoyed anything I've eaten here lately. Food was great when they first opened. I feel like this is what happens when white folks try to cook vision food! We just can't do it!!

Food is average at best. Prices are kinda on the higher side as well. There's a few better options in the area for Chinese for sure.

Service was **ABSOLUTELY** terrible. The girl behind the counter needs another job or something if you’re gonna be rude at least have good food! The food sucked. The service SUCKED. Wouldn’t eat there again if it was free.

Felt like I was unwelcome and was stared at. Didn't really seem like they liked I had my service dog with me. She held her down stay under the table the entire meal and was acting appropriately for a service dog. Meal was mostly veggies and rice, got maybe 5 shrimp pieces. Maybe everyone was having a bad day or maybe all the staff was afraid of dogs. Regardless they were a bit cold in their demeanor and felt unwelcome due to a disability.

Place is hit or miss, but usually is pretty good.Ordered 10+ times and had about 2 bad meals. If you order late, your food won't be as good. Ordered sesame chicken last week around 830pm, it was so dry, with almost no sauce.Never an issue ordering for lunch or around 5-7pm, but both times I ordered past 8 it's been trash.

Been Going there for about 11 years. But today was awful! All staff unfriendly like we owe them instead of them coming here so they can live a prosperous life they can't get in China. I've tried my very best to have a nice conversation with them and their kids and no smiles or friendly words at all..Food used to be good but not now. Ordered Sesame chicken with extra sesame sauce on chicken..instead it was very dry as well as fried rice tasteless and dry. I ordered lomein noodles but got dry tasteless fried rice instead. We will never go back!

Best take out in Oak Ridge!Ignore the privileged and uncultured white folks bandwagoning on the cashier. The reviews about the customer service are completely out of line. Do you all shop around the area and actually expect an Academy Award Winning performance for being happy you're there? While doing a fast paced job. And doing it well. You want her to lick your boots with a fake smile too? This is our community. There are better ways to complain to management. The food is always great. Always fast. Always correct. Phone is always answered. I'm always treated with respect and don't need to ask for anything!Stop shaming women for not wearing a smile and fluffing your ego. She isn't there to pretend to be happy to see you, she's there to get you food and get it right. Period.

Got kung pao chicken & spring rolls. The spring rolls exterior were tough almost like leather. The chicken kung pao was even tougher to chew. The chicken was like chewing on beef jerky. Kung pao with fried rice & 2 spring rolls = $20+ which would be worth it if the jerky, I mean chicken was not like freeze dried texture.

The food here is excellent, but you should know ahead of time not to expect fancy decor or great service. The lady who runs "the front" is nice enough, but has no formal training(it's pretty obvious), but she is the only one waiting tables, being the cashier and taking both phone orders and pick-ups. We like to eat here, but wish they would hire an actual server at least for dinner time. One thing on price - you'd think a less fancy place might be cheaper on the eggrolls and drinks, but think again. $2.50 for an eggroll is highway robbery.

The plate come out beautiful. I do not recommend the spring rolls, they're mushy inside. Next time I'll ask them to cook the meat less. Three meals in a row it was tough. Still, good enough to go again.
