“I have been a loyal customer of Billy's Time-Out Deli since I could walk. The first food I ate there was a Ham and Cheese hogie with fried Mushrroms. Now, my all-time favorite is a steak in a sack and fried mushrooms. They have the best Baclava in East Tennessee. Billy's Time-Out Deli would always be one of my favorite places and childhood memories for me.Parking: The parking lot is small and is shared with two other businesses. So parking can be limited or none at all sometimes.“
