First time here. Have lived in Oak Ridge over 15 years. Have past this place million times, at least. Never again. An authentic New York City style "greasy spoon" eatery. A true "Brooklyn" style reubin served on a STEAMED bun!
Billy's has THE BEST cheeseburger in Tennessee. The staff is always pleasant and they are so polite to everyone who comes in. Not the fake polite, the honest from the heart appreciation for you coming in. Go there, get a cheeseburger. If you don't want a cheeseburger get a Steak and Cheese. They're awesome as well.
