This is a great buffet. There are so many delicious options to choose. The sushi is the best I have had at a buffet. I would like to see the beef at the Mongolian grill to be sliced instead of cubed. I think it would be much easier to eat.

HOWEVER, on multiple occasions, other customers have found it necessary to watch movies and videos on their cellphones that are completely inappropriate for children (language and content). When asked to turn down or off the profanity, they prefer to react in a hostile manner vs be polite and keep their trashiness to themselves. When asked to resolve the situation, management has consistently opted to downplay the issue even though multiple patrons end up yelling across cubicles. Got kiddos? Steer clear.Kid-friendliness: If don't mind having your kids exposed to adult language, inappropriate website video soundtracks, and rude patrons, this place might be for you.

5 stars for my first meal here on Saturday for dinner; two days later on Monday for lunch just 3 stars. The difference is from fresh to leftovers. Will definitely be back on a Saturday night, which was awesome!

Best buffet anywhere close to Knoxville. Large selection and run more like a cafeteria. Great selection of Asian staples and American home style favorites. Food is refreshed often, stays hot/cold and consistent flavors. This is also the cleanest buffet we've found, with staff constantly wiping down counters and cleaning up spills quickly. Sushi is pretty good and made fresh with many options including sashimi. Habichi is good but could use more vegetable options. Fridays can get busy so the experience suffers a little but overall a great option for all tastes. Service is always good and this remains our families "go to" buffet. Only improvements might be more variety on weekly specials (it's been sweet and sour pork for months) and removing graffiti from the men's bathroom. The women's is fine.

I will never go here again … I went here for lunch break and decided to eat from the buffet … went to the cashier to pay … she weighed it and it showed 7.65 and I was charged 10.65 because she said I had seafood on my plate . Are you kidding me!!
