I was in oak ridge for work and was surprised to see there was a Petro’s here as I normally go to the one on cedar bluff. The moment I pulled to the drive thru I was greeted with the most up beat person. When I got to the other window to get my food which was delicious I greeted by someone who you could tell loved their job. This has to be the best drive Thur experience I’ve have every had.

Food served at unsafe temperatures. Manager who is working 3-15-24 doesn't need to speak to the public.So my wife went and order 3 petros one vegetarian, one with noodles and one regular.Waited about 20 minutes just to be told sorry no noodles granted this was after my wife was charged the upcharge for noodlesMade it home which is 5 minutes away food was not at serve safe temperature. The hottest petro of the 3 had a temp under 110 the lowest was in the high 80sCalled asked to speak to a manager a woman said she was but didnt offer her name. Then continued to say well i temped them and they are - so i guess she was calling me a liar.The problem i have is we can get them from clinton and when we get home in Oakridge they are always much hotter then the petro that is 5 minutes from usThis is our second attempt to eat here and it is the second time they not only have dropped the ball but did so with a middle finger in the air

We tried Petros for the first time today and it was amazing! I wanna say the man who took our order at the window was incredible at his job. He enjoyed being there or was great at pretending lol. The BBQ Pork Nachos were really good, and the Guacamole is delicious!!! We didn't have to wait long and this was during lunch. People just have to keep in mind that this place is new and may have a few kinks! Can't wait to try something else!

This location always messes up our order and gives us the wrong items. They are rude and park you and let you sit for 20 minutes. We were so excited for this new location. We will not be going back.

Last night I ordered Door Dash and they canceled for whatever reason.Tonight, I needed cucumbers something awful. They are out. It's too early to be out of product.I was looking forward to Petros opening in Oak Ridge but a huge disappointment so far.I'll give you time to work out the kinks and I'll try again.

Order taker efficient and polite. Order missing items. I ordered a kids meal chips and cheese which was missing the orange slices and cookie. So I got a few chips sprinkled with cheese for $5☹️ My second visit and second disappointment. I won't get anything but tea from them if I go back.

The first day when y’all opened my hot dog was so good today this time my hot dog was to chewy the taste was off my cheese was stuck to the wax paper instead of on my hot dog & my silver ware was missing for one of my orders…woke up at 5:30am throwing up I definitely got food poisoning will not be returning????

Food wasn't edible and my wife's order was wrong. I'll give it another shot in the future when they're more established. Order taker and the young young lady at the window were really courteous and polite.
We went tonight and I got a queso petro with no onion and no tomato my husband got a pulled pork petro with jalapenos. They put tomatoes on mine and jalapenos on both and I didn't have any queso on mine. With that being said I could have made my food correctly for half the price. Needless to say we won't be eating here very often and when we do orders will be checked before we leave.

i’ve never had petros until this location opened. it is absolutely delicious!! the man who takes orders in the drive thru in the afternoon/morning is so pleasant. he is absolutely the best ✌️

I am very excited to have Petrie in town. Our first experience was terrible. The person in front of us had a large order and it took a good fifteen minutes to get their order. My food was lukewarm warm by the time I got it so took it home to reheat. Ian sure it will get better. It was the first week and everyone was in training. But they do need to figure out what to do with someone in the drive through who can't be served quickly. Cars were wrapped around the building and customers behind us were pulling out of line and leaving.

I'd give the service 10 stars if I could! The person taking the orders tonight set the tone for the experience. He was upbeat and genuinely sounded like he was happy to be serving us. I definitely think he was a manager so I want to say great job leading from the front and setting that example for your team! Will be back!!

Welcome to Oak Ridge Petro's! We visited today for the opening and loved our food. The service was great as well. The drive-thru took about 15 minutes even though the line was wrapped around the building. There is a small outdoor seating area out front and a bit of parking in the back. Be careful, pulling in and out as the entrance is a little tight.
