Just be prepared for a very rude “manager” if you have any questions about the menu or want to make changes to an order to customize it. I ordered what I always order and was berated about it this time saying “no one should ever do that here” concerning my customization. HeIt also took a long time to make. (A very basic item)I usually don’t have a problem, but was a little shocked this time by the behavior and service enough to make a review.Do better, Illinois ave location.

We attempted to go smoothie king and the hours online stated they were open until 10, as did the door dash hours. Upon pulling into the drive thru, we were informed that they closed at 9. Quite disappointed.

They are closed at 4pm on a Saturday. You all really need to update the hours on your website/Google so customers won’t waste time driving all the way out here.

Excellent as usual, they definitely need a better microphone in the drive-thru. Probably due to the loud blenders inside. Awesome smoothies though, I've been about 20 times since they've opened. 3-4 times a week.

Something needs to give. A brand new place and the people taking deive through orders can’t hear anything. Maybe use some of that big money to replace the drive through mic.

Today was my first visit and ordered a mango ginger smoothie and it was delicious!! Local Flavors app offers $3.99 for 20oz. I recommend them. Especially if you're health conscious and know it's worth the price.

Ordered two smoothies and only got oneSaid something to the guy about it and he was like I can make you one. Forget it, if you can't get the order right the first time then you won't get it right the second time.

Came through the drive thru and was told, “sorry we close in a couple of minutes.” Doesn’t that mean you’re still open?

Usually this place is amazing and quick but today it toke ten minutes for them to make four smoothies

The smoothies here are great, but every time I come here I have to repeat my order at least twice to the employees. Every once in a while I would completely understand, but it’s every single time. I’m not sure if the speaker is broken, there’s a problem with the headsets, or if the employees don’t pay enough attention. They’ll either have missed some of the details entirely or they’ll get some of the details incorrect.
