I work close by and come here often. I’ve not had any problems until today when I placed an online order at this location, and I meant to place it in Kingston. That was my mistake so I immediately call the store after I realized it. They did not answer so I kept calling and no answer. I called them several times over the last 20 minutes and still no answer. Had not been to a Subway in nearly two years. This location is very clean. The service was outstanding. The sub was good, but I had to ask for more toppings. They don't offer enough.

The 2 ladies that were working tonight (02/28/2023) did a great job with what they had in stock. One told us she had been there since the doors opened and had obviously had a hard day. We told them that we went to the Illinois Ave store and they had a sign up stating everything they were out of and it detoured us to the Oak Ridge Turnpike store and I am so happy we did.
