They must be having an "off" day - usually very good here. Came in specifically for "make any 6 inch sub a salad" and they didn't tell me they don't have a salad-shredder tool until after they made my order. So ended up with a power bowl, more $$. My server was nice but her coworker was stressed and not rude but close.

They’ve completely removed the option to speak to a human being if ordering in the drive through. Sandwich was good, but there isn’t a way to get as much sauce as you would want with the computer they make you order from. Sweet Tea tasted so foul that I’m positive you’d get horribly sick from drinking it. Tasted like mold, they haven’t cleaned the machine in ages. The soda was completely flat and tasted off as well. Used to love coming here on my lunch, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone eat here until their next health inspection. They ain’t gonna clean a thing until then.

My teenage son went in to use his gift card for a simple footlong turkey sub. He came back out upset because he barely had enough to pay for his food because they literally charged him $4.00 extra for cheese. He asked for provolone but they were out so they suggested mozzarella instead so he said sure and he asked for extra. I can kind of see them charging for extra cheese but they intentionally left out that mozzarella in general is an upcharge. He brought a coupon in as well but still came out spending over $12 for a plain turkey and cheese sub because of the $4 charge for cheese. You would think for the sheer fact that they were out of the cheese he wanted that they would have not charged him anything but to do it on purpose is sad. You're supposed to inform customers when something is more expensive as they are ordering.

My Girlfriend I went to Subway on the Oak Ridge Turnpike last week, I was hurry for a Steak & Cheese on Wheat. So she took me to the Drive through, my Girlfriend said it looks like they change how you order at the Drive-through. The Menu is now an interactive touchscreen that did not work for us at all. So we pulled up to the Window and at first it was just to inform them that the touchscreen was not working. The girl who came to the Window asked us what we wanted in a rude manner. My Girlfriend explained that she double tapped the touchscreen and tried to access the menu to make an order. The girl preceded to tell us that we needed to double tap the touchscreen and gave us all the directions that we just told her that were not working. The girl was very rude and gave a lot of attitude to us. I told my girlfriend that in the 10 minutes that we spent at the window talking to this very rude person, that we could have just given her the order and already left. My Girlfriend started to give her the order and the girl said we "DO NOT" take orders this was and told us very rudely to pull back around and use the Touchscreen to make an order, then she closed the window on us. I know that for a fact that neither my Girlfriend nor I will ever go to that Subway again, Ever.Parking: Lots of Parking and Drive-Thru that does not work.

I work close by and come here often. I’ve not had any problems until today when I placed an online order at this location, and I meant to place it in Kingston. That was my mistake so I immediately call the store after I realized it. They did not answer so I kept calling and no answer. I called them several times over the last 20 minutes and still no answer. My order was ready but I was not in the area to pick it up and was not going all the way back to oak ridge, to which I just came from. I called corporate and they said they would try and get in touch with them but have heard nothing yet. I’m very disappointed in their service and ability to answer their phones. It’s not that difficult.

I have tried going here multiple mornings for breakfast when they are supposed to be open at 7am. Each time, employees are there with the lights on but they keep the doors locked and never come open them. I got there this morning (9/28/23) at 7:07am and the doors were still locked. The lady working completely saw me try to open the doors and still didn’t come open the business even though it’s past their opening time. She walked to the back and continued to peek around to see if I had left or not.This place needs better employees. Completely unprofessional. If a business is supposed to open at 7am then the employees shouldn’t be keeping the doors locked.Don’t have a job if you don’t want to work.Subway, you are losing money because of your lazy employees.

15 minutes standing there like an idiot waiting for the employees to want to get their shit together and work. No one else waiting. No one in line. Me, alone in the place, just waiting. Eventually just walked out. People have 1 hour for lunch. Clean up your act or get out of town. No wonder you're always empty.
