My husband and I eat an embarrassing amount of Taco Bell. Out of all the locations we have lived near, this one is the BEST. The manager is so nice and we have seldom received food that was incorrect. The food is often made to a quality level that you do not see at a fast food place. I dread the day that this location isn't the closest to our house if we move.
This is the third time they have left out my fork and sauce. I would not be so upset about it but I told them please make sure I had a fork. They looked in bag and tells me it is in there but guess what I don't have when I get to work? A FORK!!!!!!!!!!

Sad. As much $ as a cheesy Gordita crunch is this is PITIFUL! Order was messed up. We had to go into the lobby from the drive thru because our potatoes were hard as a rock and sorry not sorry that’s unacceptable and they should’ve never been served that way. They did replace them. Well, for one thing, the quality of the "food" is just objectively poor. The interior of the "restaurant" is not filthy, per se, but neither is it clean. Apparently, they can't hire enough employees at this location, however, and one must serve as one's own cashier, for there isn't one working for Taco Bell, and the two guys in the back making everyone's food aren't exactly fast...

Every single time my boyfriend come to this Taco Bell our order is wrong. We literally make it a joke about saying it’s probably gonna be messed up after we get it. Only time I ever use this one is because the other one is closed. I got the #8 which is 3 nacho cheese tacos and they gave me the tacos but not none supreme. And my boyfriend got a taco that was supposed to be soft shell and it was hard and nacho cheese, lmao. I’m usually not picky but when this happens every single time it’s ridulous
Service was fast, no wait and it was really pleasant in the dining room and food was delicious and put together nicely and the employees were very nice and friendly.

The food is usually pretty good but tonight my steak chalupa was lacking. For one, I wanted to substitute beef for steak but they put steak with the beef so that was weird and but as you can see in the picture, there wasn't much of either so I couldn't taste it to much. Like I said, they're usually good so maybe this was just an off night
Usually good service, but have had a few bad experiences while trying to get an incorrect order corrected. Ultimately the food was corrected, but only after being made to feel like I was a liar just wanting free food, by the manager no less. Not cool.
Cold beef and rotten lettuce. It was way beyond wilted. It was absolutely rotten. Absolutely disgusting. 27.+ Dollars for 3 people, and it was inedible except for the quesadillas.
