Literally haven’t gotten my order correct probably the last 3 times I’ve been. What’s the point in ordering in advance on the app, for a quicker experience, just to get home to find out half of the items you paid for aren’t there? And what would be the excuse, when you have ample amount of time to double check the order? Especially when the store is dead…
Every time I go in there, my order is messed up. Whether it be that I asked for no ice and get a whole cup of ice, or I asked for 2 whopper, Juniors with cheese and dang if They forget the cheese.!! How hard is it to find employees that know how to, listen!! The register does all of the work for them and it has pictures. Each morning I stop by the drive through to grab my coffee (Frappe) and sweet tea for the day. I work at the urgent care near by so it’s convenient. Each day I am greeted by this wonderful lady with the happiest voice and most positive energy. She completes my order quickly and without any issues. And she is so fast. She doesn’t know who I am and I know nothing about her. But I cannot thank her enough for just being her sweet cheerful self every morning. I go into work...read full review
