I placed a mobile order. When I got to the window the manager asked me to park out front because she didn't have time to check it in yet. I went inside and watched her take 10 more orders through the drive thru and 3 people ordered inside before my order even got checked in! It took us 30 minutes to get our order! I work in fast food and there's NO reason for this!
Of the taco bells in this area, it's the best. On the occasional off night, it is usually due to being short staffed, like so many other local businesses.I recommend them for a fast takeout just to get you through kind of meal. We use the app to order ahead and always have rewards available.
