I ordered online for pickup said 20-25 mins it was not ready when I go there 30 mins later not even started yet. Was not busy and wasn't even apologetic

first of all the speaker said their headsets are down so you had to pull up to the window to order and to receive your order and I placed an online order there was only 3 people in front of us and we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and they took so long that the person in front of us ended up falling asleep cause of how long it took ? and wouldn’t pull forward then once we got to the window they didn’t even have our order ready they tell us to pull around to the front after we already waited 20 minutes just to tell them the name of our order and then waited another 10 minutes just to receive our food. I rarely come here because of the 30-40 minute wait. So if you’re gonna order food make sure you have 30 minutes to spare in the Taco Bell line. I don’t blame the staff they were nice and probably low staffed but I hope they get the help they need from corporate management because this place seems to be in shambles.

The service is awful and the food has really gone down hill. The paris location is very good an great folks. But the huntingdon tn, an milan tn locations is purr awful. The food is awful and the people that work there are rude and act as if I was bothering them.

I placed a mobile order. When I got to the window the manager asked me to park out front because she didn't have time to check it in yet. I went inside and watched her take 10 more orders through the drive thru and 3 people ordered inside before my order even got checked in! It took us 30 minutes to get our order! I work in fast food and there's NO reason for this!
