“This is my son's favorite dessert choice when vacationing in Pigeon Forge. The staff is friendly each time we visit, and has zero attitude issues when we request the "nut free scoop." Also, they are aware of cross-contamination and work to ensure that products containing nuts are in a separate freezer from the other ice cream flavors. Huge shout-out to David, who was so friendly and helpful on May 17, he deserves a bonus. We know that it is impossible to eliminate all possible exposure to peanuts, but places like this make it a little easier for a kid with a peanut allergy to have a treat in a more controlled manner. I only wish our closest BR would be as understanding, the last time I went in there and requested they use a clean scoop I was told and I quote "Not nut free - you leave." “The gentleman working was not super friendly, but not rude either. Fast service, and our sundaes were delicious! Not much seating, though. Maybe one table inside, 4 outside but the were all occupied when we were there so we just hung out on our tailgate while we ate.“
