It stays pretty packed sometimes it’s hard to get food as it goes quick so you have to wait . It’s affordable for a big family. The arcade is pretty good sized but a lot of the games weren’t working and their were kids that weren’t being supervised and will try to take over the games as your kids are playing so it really just depends on the crowd of people that are there when you go rather it’s a good experience or not. First time coming to pigeon forge ,the manager was really nice he came up and offered to make a custom pizza ,the atmosphere was great all the workers were nice too definitely coming

Caution, the forks explode on use ? they have the cheapest cutlery I've ever used. My fork literally shattered and shot across the room when I tried to use it on a (soft) cinnamon roll. The staff was friendly, but some of the dishes were not clean.
