Greta family buffet with customized pizza options. Prices are a bit high in my opinion, some of the workers were friendly some not, and the restaurant was pretty clean for a buffet. My kids enjoyed being able to ask for any kind of pizza!

I’ve always heard how disgusting Cici’s was but figured out of a buffet, i would find one i could tolerate. It was absolutely disgusting. Everything. The black girl that worked the front register had the worst personality i’ve ever seen. She acted like she wanted to go jump off a bridge. And when you’re there, look up at the wall. They misspelled “achieves”, writing “achives”. How embarrassing.

I ate there with my husband and grandbaby on Tuesday April 30 th. Our meal came to $32 and some change, because we are locals. When I checked my bank balance this morning they had charged my account $103.69! For 2 adults and one 4 year old!!. I've tried to get through to them by phone to get this corrected but it keeps saying their mail box is full!. I've been in touch with my bank and I'm getting ready to file a fraudulent claim against them for over charging me.

Wry small cici the one in sevierville is way better then this one. Was charged for my 2 and under kids buffet and the cashier refused to give me the cups for my kids. Food was alright could of been better

Caution, the forks explode on use ? they have the cheapest cutlery I've ever used. My fork literally shattered and shot across the room when I tried to use it on a (soft) cinnamon roll. The staff was friendly, but some of the dishes were not clean.
