“This place was excellent. My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of town and I have severe life-threatening food allergies. It is always hard for me to eat out, especially on trips where I don’t know any of the local food places. The ladies here were amazing with my food allergies, allowing me to read the ingredients to everything on the menu (for cross contamination purposes) and were very patient with me. The food was absolutely amazing; the woman cooking the food really knows her stuff! We loved the atmosphere, the food, the customer service, and everything about the entire experience. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Pigeon Forge.Dietary restrictions: This establishment was accommodating to my egg, peanut, treenut, shellfish, and fish allergies.“
“We got a hot dog with fries to share since theme park food is expensive. The wait was not too terribly long, and the staff working were really nice. They have a fountain drink station on the side, and we got water cups to save money, so we were able to get a bunch of refills of water to stay hydrated. The food was very basic, but it hit the spot and nourished us for lunch!“
“Absolutely loved this place. The food was amazing, the family that owns and operates it were super friendly. Enjoyed hearing them singing in the kitchen while they cooked our breakfast. 100% recommend. Came back again a year later and it's still absolutely amazing.“
“Tennessee Jeds catered our wedding last weekend up in Greystone Heights. They made everything we asked for and then some! The food was very tasty and plentiful for a crowd of 50. They served both appetizers and main course. They even fixed our cake calamity. Great people! You will not be disappointed.“
“First time there it was nice , nothing fancy , food was OK, ordered a hamburger medium cooked and got it well done , French fries were salty , I had a massive hot dog it was good , prices are expensive, waitress was ok but would've been better if we would've gotten refills but she didn't come around for the “
“There was clearly an issue with staffing. I assume they are short-handed. With that said, the cashier was very friendly and trying her best. The food was fresh and delicious. The biggest issue was the wait to order and then the 10 plus minute wait to get the food. All in all I will be back the next time we are in the area.“
“The pizza was great. Hot and fresh within 20 minutes. The sausage a peppers sandwich was not what the best (tough to even cut with sharp knife much less chew). The location is easy to get in and out of. They were not busy when we arrived however customer service was lacking. Higher prices than any other pizza we’ve bought in the area. 3/27/24Parking: Plenty of parking within the shopping centerWheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance easy for handicapped people to enter.“
