“This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Cinnabon shop and everything our family members ordered was good. We went in mainly for coffee which was really good and we decided to try a plain cinnamon roll and it tasted good without all the sugar on top of it. They also sever a few other drinks made with fruits that looked like they were probably good.“
“Phenomenal service. Fast service and fresh pretzels. Tara even warmed up my Cinnabon for a more fresh feel. Jamie was knowledgeable about the products and I was greeted my Mike and Ashley at the register. There was another employee there but she was too busy making cinnamon rolls I didn't have a chance to interact. Thank you guys so much!“
“I most definitely would give them 5 stars if they were open ever! It was around 12:50 in the afternoon and the sign said open at 12 pm. Two other times they were closed again. But when they are open, it is fresh and the staff are great. Just wish they had more staff and would be open when they say they are“
“They were very busy, lined up outside of the door for hours at the Tanger outlet mall today 4/12/22, we had to keep checking back time and time again. Finally able to get in line when it slowed down a tiny bit. I believe they were just short staffed, there were only two employees inside, one cooking and the other running the whole store basically by herself as the man stayed in the back only. I grabbed the Classic 6 pack already boxed but still had to wait inline for about 10 minutes as there was just the one register open. They were discounted per Tuesday special so that helped balance all the hassle and waiting. The nice girl working the front was super nice and friendly and despite being slammed all day,vwas very pleasant and courteous. Thank you very much.“
“We were there yesterday on our way out of TN, couldn't leave until we got some pretzels! They were warm, fresh, and delicious! Also, the woman who was our cashier was an insanely sweet person, she had blonde hair and was maybe in her early 40s or so, I can't remember her name for the life of me and I sincerely apologize for that but she was what made our experience there even more awesome. Please make her a manager if she's not already one! She has compassion, empathy, and a big heart, which is what is desperately needed in the world today. ? 10/10 would stop by again when we come back down! ?“
“Tucked away in a little corner shop, this family owned deli was a great find! My family and extended family ate here after a day at Dollywood. The food was excellent. The service and care shown by the owners was awesome! I highly recommend!“
