“We went here while staying at an Airbnb with our daughter and her boyfriend. Was very delicious. I had the Nashville hot chicken and sweet potato fries. So good. Also the sauce was really hot so they put it in the side for me. The guys had the el Diablo burger. Was true to its name. Very good but so messy. Our daughter had the Mac and cheese burger. All very yummy. The milkshakes were also very tasty. Would recommend.Parking: Was a very easy parking lot to get in and out of.“
“traveled from GA and staying for a week for dollywood and sites. found this place cause i always have to have funnel cake! fell in love with not only that but the corn dogs made to order! so wonderful and friendly. of all the funnel cakes i’ve eaten( a lot ) this is by far the best place i’ve ever gotten one!“
“This cinnamon bread reminds me of my grandma's. The grist mill brings back memories of where we used to go camping when I was a kid. The staff was patient and helpful. An all-around ? ? ? ? ? experience and not to be missed when at Dollywood!“
“A decent cinnamon roll but nothing that I would keep going back for. The roll itself is rather basic. And they tend to be a big stingy with the toppings. That being said, it was good, but I've had much better. $8 for a cinnamon roll that didn't blow me away is too expensive. One and done.“
“Shoutout to Briseyda and Katie who are both amazing and very helpful and always greeted us when we came in! Thank you both for going out of your way to assist us! Best buckeyes around for sure! Often imitated but never duplicated (Briseyda knows what shes doing!!)“
“So I had a chocolate cupcake here today. It was pretty good.....very rich and enough for 2 to share. It was $5.49 plus tax. I would suggest this only for a true chocolate lover as it is chocolate cake, with chocolate icing, topped with chocolate shavings! The cupcake was soft and fresh.“
“Been wanting to try this place for a couple of years. I was anticipating brownies, oatmeal cookies, and muffins. They sell cotton candy, themed, homemade rice crisipies, and cookie pies! Free samples were hanging around. The smores was delightful! Colorful decor made out of paper mashay as described by the bubbly worker. She was attentive and went through the cotton candy making process with other customers. The chocolate chip cookie pie was made warm as the kind lady wanted us to try it since we planned on eating it outside the bake shop. Absolutely scrumptious food and tasted fresh. I'll definitely come back. Please come here if you"re in town.“
“We love Byrds Cookies! They taste great! Favorite is the Salted Caramel ones! Diana was working the store the day we were in there. She was very sweet. She told us some facts on the place and provided samples to my mom and dad to try. That helped them decided what kind of cookies they wanted to take home! Highly recommend these cookies if you like a slightly crispy cookie like we do!“
“Very surprised by the quality of the cupcakes we tried. Just didn't expect much from a chain bakery, but absolutely the most moist & tasty cake we can remember getting. They have so many different flavors, it's almost overwhelming. Highly recommend.“
“We went there for Easter dinner. The food was good; our plates had plenty of ham. The mashed potatoes were good, although my son thought that they used instant potatoes. I disagreed. The Italian green beans were overcooked (my guess is that they were sitting on a steam table). The heavy glazed terracotta plates they use absorb the heat from the food, causing the food to cool quickly. I suggest that they preheat the plates.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy wheelchair access.“
