Love the made-fresh-while-you-wait waffle cones (mine was still a bit warm!) and the black raspberry ice cream was yummy! Very friendly service. Recommend!????

The ice cream was so good and creamy and found out while I was there they make all there ice cream homemade. Love finding a local place when out of town. We will definitely be back before we head home!!!

This place is amazing and a must stop for anyone visiting the area. My boyfriend and I were here for the smokies and are always looking for a good icecream spot and Scoops is definitely worth it. Handmade icecream, waffle cones made right in front of you, and a charming family runs the place. Flavors are diverse and so good. We actually got engaged in the smokies and the first thing we did was stop in for icecream :) we will definitely be back next time we visit the area

If I could give 10 stars I would! Great homemade ice cream. You read that right homemade ice cream. Take the family and enjoy ice cream while your on vacation. Lots of choices. I got the maple ice cream, excellent for fall. Family friendly atmosphere a big plus with young children. The staff was top notch. The next time we come to town Scoopes Ice Cream Parlor will be top of the list to visit.

Don't pass this place up! Excellent ice cream! Excellent Service! We arrived just after 8PM, not knowing they close at 8, but they were gracious enough to take our order and even made fresh waffle cones! This is a family run business with tons of delicious flavors! Support this business. You won't be disappointed.

Tasty homeade ice cream our whole family enjoyed. We love the fact that it is homeade and family owned. Owner came over and spoke with all of us. She is so kind and personable. We were able to try any of the flavors we would like. They also made their waffle cones to order. The brownie bomb shell was worth it. We will definitely return!

Great local ice cream shop. Off the beaten path, but worth finding. The people behind the counter really care that you have a good ice cream experience. There are a ton of unusual flavors along with the standard flavors. More fruit based flavors then you usually see. All made at the store! It is creamy and tasty. And she made our waffle cones fresh when we ordered. A wonderful taste and experience.

Extremely friendly crew who seemd to thoroughly enjoy their jobs and made a point to ask about us and see where we were from. The homemade ice cream tasted amazing. I would have to say that it was the best we have had in the pigeon forge area. Now we haven't eaten at every ice cream shop in Pigeon Forge so I can't say it's the best of all, but try it and rate it yourself...I dont thi k you'll be disappointed!
