“Sheba waited on my husband and I on Thursday and she made us want to come back on Friday. She actually even helped to take care of us on Friday. This place is will worth visiting. All you can eat crab legs at a great price. Pecan pie is wonderful. Clean bathrooms with a wonderful salt scrub to get your hands clean of the crabs“

“Absolutely amazing experience from service(thanks, Heidi) to taste! I ordered a whole lobster fresh out of the tank. I added a 1/2 pound of King crab legs, two kids meals and it was $103. I honestly expected it to be so much more. I can’t wait to come back!“

“My husband and I went to Gatlinburg for our honeymoon in October. The Smoky Mountain Trout House was my favorite restaurant we went to while we were there for a week. We got the trout fritters for an appetizer and they were delicious! I’ve never had anything like them. I got the blackened trout. Delicious. Best trout I’ve ever had!“

“Unfortunately we had cause to complain about the service - but our server Jessie and supervisor Ashley sorted this out. It meant a longer wait for our food but it was delicious. We liked that the manager came by too checking on us and they made a deduction to the total bill. Well done Red Lobster - you handled the situation in a friendly and professional way.“

“On 9/7 my husband and I visited Joe’s Crab Shack in Pigeon Forge. We looked over the menu and there wasn’t much of a Gluten Free option. (My husband has celiac disease). We asked our waitress who was the sweetest some questions and instead of guessing she said I’m going to ask the kitchen staff. Within a matter of minutes the manager came out and asked my husband what he would like. And they went over the menu and the manager and my husband were able to come up with a very delicious Gluten free dinner!! The manager (I didn’t get his name) was fantastic!!! He didn’t make my husband feel unwelcome or a bother! It was our first time ever there and we will definitely be back! Very accommodating and very polite! And the food was GREAT!!! Thank you for making our first experience a great one!! They deserve recognition ♥️“

“Husband had this pizza years ago at a rural location. He completely forgot about it until seeing sign at a different location in another very rural area. I personally have never had it and I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. It's one of my favorite foods. Well he suggested I try it because he remembers loving it over a decade ago. So I agreed and got a simple pepperoni pizza and then drove 15 mins home. Only cost $11.99 plus tax for a 12" Pizza which is cheapest pizza I've ever purchased. I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..“

“Just had dinner there 11/3/24 and was excellent. Natalie was our waitress and did a fantastic job. Didn’t have to wait n was seated immediately. Highly reccomend.“
