“This is my favorite place to eat . This night I ordered the steak tips . The flavor was great but the meat was really tough . Impossible to eat . Our waitress noticed I had not eat it and enquired if everything was ok . I was honest and just told her the meat was just too tough to eat . Within 5 minutes she had the manager at our table who comped me for my meal . This is the first time I've ever ordered anything from them that was not delicious and the meat tender . I think this was just a one time thing and will always eat there if given a choice .I still gave them a five star because this was not normally something I experience. “On our last night of traveling in TN, we stopped here on a whim for dinner. We had no idea of the menu or dining structure but my son wanted steak. Holy he$$ the amount of food! It wasn't the cheapest dining option at 50-60pp, but everything was decent and the price for quantity and variety made this comparatively cheap. “This is a great place for a nice dinner. We sat on the patio which was a treat! Great atmosphere! We both had the 8 oz filets with sautéed veggies and mushrooms. The steak was cooked to perfection! My husband had a Bloody Mary which was perfect for him - not over-spiced. Our server was Aaron. He was friendly, helpful and attentive to any needs we had. Finished our meal with a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. The whole meal was delicious!“

“We're locals & know it's a struggle to find any restaurant in town that isn't a tourist trap. This Longhorn location consistently has great food with excellent, friendly service. Every. Time. I realize it's a national chain, but trust me when I say most of these other places in town are a mess.“

“The Outback in Pigeon Forge area next to Tanger Outlets has the best steaks that we have ever eaten anywhere. They are better than any other Outback steaks. Ordered them medium done, and that is exactly what we got. I didn't even need to use a knife. I cut the steak easily with a fork! Great steaks. The service was great. Sorry, no photos. Too busy eating.“

“We recently went the burg for our daughter’s birthday dinner. This was our first time eating at the burg. The food was amazing, especially the prime rib. I eat prime rib many places and this was by far the BEST prime rib I have ever had! The salad and hot bars were also very yummy. The only negative thing we experienced was the bottled ranch dressing. Please make your own ranch it would taste 100 times better! We will definitely be back.“
