“I've been to JJ's previously a year or 2 ago ! Used to be one of our steady hangouts to enjoy good friends, good music and AWESOME food.!! Just been deathly sick past couple years and wasn't able to get out a much!! Aside from that!! JJ & Terry are AWESOME! Just absolutely love them so much!! They treat everyone they meet like family if you deserve to be treated that way as long as you come in with a great attitude and respect!! If you want respect you gotta give respect!!Parking: Plenty of parking. If not... they'll find you somewhere to park even if it's in the back yard . Lol“
“This is as hometown Tennessee as you are gonna get. Real country folk that work there and homestyle cooking. If you come here don't expect anything and you'll be good. The floors are plywood, and they slope. There is no theme other than we are here to feed you. Food was delicious. Biscuits and gravy very good. Egg omelette tasty. Waffles made to order. A hole in the wall place that we were glad we found.“
“Best place for pizza anywhere in this area. Philly cheese steaks are pretty awesome too. Need to try more items on the menu, but these two are my favorites. Good burgers too. Fried pickles are great too. Very light on the coating and good flavor. Can't find a nicer staff than here.“

They are 1 star people.That out of the way, The Blue Bird Buffet is a very well needed place for great homemade food in Pulaski, TN as there's not many of these type of small restaurants left. As a frequent visitor, I can honestly say the people that run this place work very hard to provide some of the greatest food in town. They are super nice people who are willing to go out of their way to ensure your experience is great.If you are looking for something turbo-quick and preheated like a fast food restaurant you are at the WRONG PLACE. What you WILL get is homemade style food far superior than most places. Their menu boasts a variety of food options serving breakfast items in the morning and lunch throughout the day. Some of my favorites have been the Taco Burger and their homemade Take and Bake Pizzas. Both are by far better than any fast food burgers or pizza businesses in town. If time is of a consideration, you can always call ahead.As of this review they currently have a breakfast bar on the weekend and a all you can eat buffet on Sundays featuring different food options announced on their Facebook page.You don't have to take my review for it. You should visit and discover this Gem for yourself. “What an amazing and unique experience. If you've never visited the Yellow Deli, you should make it high on your list. We got the Reuben and the Country Ranch sandwiches, each were absolutely phenomenal. The drinks were good and made with care. The atmosphere and wait staff are unparalleled. There's also a nice size store with many handmade goods.Vegetarian options: Veggie burger and many salads.Parking: 2 parking lots with plenty of parking, just be aware they aren't connected except by sidewalk.Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and friendly atmosphere.“
