“This place was soooo good! Really enjoyed the service, it’s obviously a local choice as it was full, but they got everything out quickly. The owner and her just were really friendly, and the best part was the food. Seriously really good food. Try the pies!“

“After trying two different restaurants on a Saturday morning, my husband and I found a hidden gem. The atmosphere was laid back, service was good for being busy, and the food reminded us of being back home in Grandma's kitchen. Due to short staff, only option was the buffet and it did NOT disappoint. Biscuits were fluffy, bacon thick and crispy, sausage links and patties were great, bologna was perfect, eggs with all the "fixin's" was delicious, and the gravy was fantastic! We will definitely be back several times.“

“Me and my girlfriend went there last night to eat and it was absolutely amazing. The waiting staff was on point and very attentive. The atmosphere was great. Our food was incredible. We will definitely be back. My girlfriend ordered the maple glazed pork chop and she said it was the best pork chop she's ever had I took a bite and had to agree. I was very surprised and impressed to see Ramen on the menu so I ordered the chicken Raman. And it was absolutely amazing. This is my third time eating here and so far this has been my favorite how different it is than something normal. PLEASE KEEP THE RAMAN ON THE MENU! The only thing I could say that was neutral or negative to me, was the live band playing I get it something different and out of the ordinary but we didn't like it, they were loud and we had to yell to communicate with each other and to the waitress. Regardless We will definitely be back!“

“First time there and I didn't know what to expect. Excellent food. Down home comfort food and atmosphere. Not a fancy place. On Sunday you will need to put your purse or jacket down at a table and then get in line, otherwise you will not have a place to sit. The bathrooms are handicap accessible BUT it is only one person at a time.“

“Our first time here today and the food was absolutely amazing. We both ordered the Catfish meal, and it was so yummy. I got Cole slaw Mexican Cornbread and fried Okra, it was delicious and fried perfectly. Hubby got the same except he got fries and coleslaw. He very rarely eats the whole meal and he ate every bite but 2 or 3 of the Cole slaw. He kept saying this is really good. Teresa the cashier was so accommodating and very friendly and out going. Had a smile on her face almost continuously. The manager was very polite and even came to our table to say hello. I decided I couldn't stand not seeing what the fruit tea and the peach lemonade were all about. I asked if I could try a little of the two drinks and was told sure. Oh man I told my hubby I was in trouble after I tried the fruit iced tea, then said he was in trouble when I tried the lemonade and peaches. Well even though I was full I had to order the largest drink. Enter Teresa saying I told you they were good. Now if you want to really be happy, or blown away, I can remember exactly what she said. She told me to do half and half. I was like an Earl Palmer. I don't drink soda and so when I find a place that has a drink I love, it means I will be dipping into the cash fund to enjoy said drink I find. So bottom line is this, if you want a lot of food and it to be very delicious and an iced tea and or a great lemon aide, you have got to try Legends Express on Military in Lawrenceburg. Great food, 2 great drinks and the employees are very friendly. Which in turn means this will be my go to place to eat at a lot.“
