This is the 2nd time in a row my husband has ordered from here and received the wrong order. First time he requested a muffin and received a croissant. This time he ordered a bacon egg and cheese wrap with American cheese and instead received a sausage egg and white cheddar muffin. I get things happen but from our experience and the reviews I've seen this seems to be an ongoing issue which may explain why a newly opened business is rarely busy. Constantly forgetting food, food has been burnt or cold multiple times, service is slow, and employees genuinely seem unhappy. Maybe try treating your workers better and paying them well enough to enjoy their jobs.

The reason for the 2 stars the breakfast sandwich was not. I was not impressed at all coffee. It was okay, but I don't wanna say this. But I wouldn't go back and buy any of their breakfast items at all. They're not what I thought they would be.
