In the 90's I would gave 5 stars. Within the last year 4 stars. Today, I rate as a 3 now. I love the convenience of the market and the Kiosk at our workplace. Being a smaller workplace Franks Vending still offeres a fairly good variety of drinks, food, and snacks. I'm not a business person and don't understand the business side, but it would seem if you sell a product consistently and daily and have the technology to see these trends, that you would want to keep those products...read full review
I work evenings at Goodman and have worked many other places too. Frank's is one of the best food service companies that I have ever dealt with and John is one of the most courteous, effecient and dependable workers Frank's has at Goodman!

Would love to see more options at Frito Lay. I haven't seen the little plate lunches or spaghetti in a long time (could just be because I'm weekend now.) Those do usually go fast when they are available. Also, I've noticed some out of date things recently like the string cheese in the production office coolers expired in May and it is Sept. 29. I pay close attention to expiration dates. Everything is usually decent, but I am tired of the same things personally. Also the milk cooler...read full review
