I can't say that my server was terrible bc she was new. What I can say is 2 of us ordered breakfast and waited an hour for food. People who walked in after us were served their food first. We asked twice about our order and were told it's being prepped. When our order finally arrived it was not correct. They didn't correct it on the ticket so when we paid they tried to charge us for food we didn't receive. I'm not sure why this tiny restaurant took so long but honestly can say we will not go back.Edit to add. The biscuits were good and the omelet was really good. Just not worth the hour wait.

Stumbled across this place while running an Aaron was starving and glad. We found it because boy was the food delicious the service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was lovely as well filled to the brim with locals, a real mom, and pop downhome vibe.

It's a nice place. Laid back, friendly atmosphere where most of the patrons seem to come to socialize and occasionally sip on some coffee and take a bite of pancake. The staff seem to just let ya have at it. You seat yourself and if you need a refill, most people seem to help themselves. Eat if you want, leave when ya want. I've never received a ticket or receipt. Just walk up to the register and wait. Somebody will be by eventually to ask what you had and charge you accordingly. Gotta love a place that trusts its patrons enough to stick to the honor system. Cops love this place too so best stay honorable.
