That was the best catfish I have throwed a lip over, and Ms. Audrey Plaza loved the crab patty. We've been caught; hook line and sinker.
So glad we happened upon Hillbilly Seafood truck at Thousand Trails in Hohenwald. We camped there for 4 nights and ate at this truck 3 times. Crab cakes were phenomenal, catfish was the best we had ever eaten. Loved the shrimp tacos.

You must try! Don is super friendly and his food is fantastic! My husband had his catfish fillet with hush puppies and rice…absolutely delicious! I had his shrimp tacos with homemade remoulade sauce and some sort of spicy (not too spicy, just right) Cajun coleslaw on the tacos with yummy french fries. The shrimp were huge and grilled to perfection. Highly, highly recommend. Always grateful to find people who cook clean using non-gmo, no msg ingredients and care about the foods they use. His prices are quite reasonable and the portions were generous.
