we visited the one in Red Bank on Dayton Blvd . waited in drive thru to order ten minutes before we left with only two cars in the drive thru at 430 on a Sunday. That's not the first time this has happened. We will go to Burger King from now on.
My wife and I showed up to an extraordinarily long line in the drive thru around 10:40 PM. This location was supposed to be open until midnight so we opted to stop in on our way back to downtown Chattanooga. Big mistake. We waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told that they were closed when we got to the speaker. went to McDonalds at 7:30 pm there wasn't even 1 car in the line. the fries were old! they were cold crunchy and some even had burn marks on them where they had clearly sat in the warmer well over hold time. i called to see if they would be willing to replace my fries. I ordered a number 2 and the number 7 and all I wanted replace were the old fries I was told by the manager Ben that he was not going to replace them because I had had a complaint before at another time that I just...read full review
