I ordered pizza from the location in Ripley, TN. I got a call from the driver that he was in my driveway. I said I was on my way out. He hung up. When I went outside, no one was in the driveway. I tried to call the driver back and he didn't answer. So I called the store and was told the manager would call me back. I tried the driver again. Still no answer. Finally the manager called back. She told me her driver had come back with the pizza and he as soaking wet from standing in the rain waiting for me answer the door. I told her he must of went to the wrong house because he wasn't at my house. She responded in a very shotty tone "Well, I don't know about that.". She was extremely rude and it came off as accusatory. Like she thought I was lying. I told her if she going to blame me then she can cancel my order. She said okay. No apology. As long as this woman is manager I will not be back. She should not be allowed to speak to the customer.
