“The bartender could have been friendlier to start, but that didn't sour our experience (note: just remember that not everyone knows how things work in your little world). Everything else was solid. “We stop at El Primo everytime we are in the area. The food is authentic and delicious, and the portions are generous. It is also very fairly priced. Their horcheta, melon water, and pineapple water are great. The sopes, carnitas, and barbecoa are a few of our favorites. In addition to the delicious food, they have a wide variety of snacks, drinks, fresh vegetables, and meats.”

However, my wings were literally burnt beyond being edible. I understand they’re cooked in open flame, but if the cooks would have paid attention they wouldn’t have been charcoal black.”

“Food was good except the fire roasted corn, which I love was really dry. It needs to be dipped in melted butter before adding the toppings that didn't have very much on it. I got the lamb chops, and my husband got a flos filet. Both were overcooked. The asparagus was good. They gave me a small cup of the creamed spinach, but it is not creamed. The strawberry daiquiri was good and the baked potato. The service was good.”

Every bite I take of their "Heart Attack"? pizza my taste buds explode into millions of different ways pulling in all the flavor within this pizza. Make sure you try their huge Garlic Knots that are almost the size of a grown mans hand ?. Very nice vibe in this location with ample seating and many TVs...oh and lots of places to shop for the family next door to this place!!”

“On 9/7 my husband and I visited Joe’s Crab Shack in Pigeon Forge. We looked over the menu and there wasn’t much of a Gluten Free option. (My husband has celiac disease). We asked our waitress who was the sweetest some questions and instead of guessing she said I’m going to ask the kitchen staff. Within a matter of minutes the manager came out and asked my husband what he would like. And they went over the menu and the manager and my husband were able to come up with a very delicious Gluten free dinner!! The manager (I didn’t get his name) was fantastic!!! He didn’t make my husband feel unwelcome or a bother! It was our first time ever there and we will definitely be back! Very accommodating and very polite! And the food was GREAT!!! Thank you for making our first experience a great one!! They deserve recognition ♥️”

“Great experience! Smoked chicken was the most flavor throughout and the seasoning was perfect. My dining buddy had the 10oz sirloin Steak, baked potato, and side salad. “Unfortunately we had cause to complain about the service - but our server Jessie and supervisor Ashley sorted this out. It meant a longer wait for our food but it was delicious. We liked that the manager came by too checking on us and they made a deduction to the total bill. Well done Red Lobster - you handled the situation in a friendly and professional way.”

“Mozzerella sticks are a MUST! They are homemade and enough as an appetizer for two. Next, we had the loaded baked potato cooked perfect, with pork, which was also perfect. The brisket platter was next. It was cut to weight, so my slice was too thin to actually judge flavor. There was just not enough weight there to justify 25$. I was able to roll up my little slice like deli meat. I would love to go back one day and give a true judgment of it. The apple cobbler was also amazing. Service was absolutely outstanding. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was served on a styrophome plate. I'm not too much of a fan of that. The atmosphere definitely gave me a good comfortable feeling.”

“Our family ordered on Wednesday November 27, 2024. What amazing food you all have & great selection different varieties. We didn't even cook our Thanksgiving dinner, we wanted leftovers and that's what we had. Speedy Service, driver was absolutely Amazing and so very polite we even kept her by asking questions (about the area etc) which she didn't hesitate! Real southern hospitality right there. Everything from start to finish was great. We will most definitely be repeat customers.”

Way to go with a restaurant name. I had a burrito salad which came with very fresh veggie salad and hubby had a tasty French Dip-gone healthy: lean Angus Beef, swiss cheese, and sauteed onions, served with au jus. Their fresh made soups are great too.”

“Cracker Barrel has started becoming pretty blah on their food seasoning. I used to absolutely love the green beans because they tasted great. Now they taste like they just opened the can and heated them up. They were so bad that adding salt just wasn’t enough. You folks need together back to what made you so famous.

Parking: Could do with more handicap parking. Although the front of the restaurant is all handicap, there needs to be more across from that as there are a lot of folks with limited mobility.”

The cake itself was incredible and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. However, there are some customers that just come in from other states (tourist) who come in and disrespect not only the restaurant , but the peace of others, during lunch. Bringing a dog inside a restaurant, having it sit on the bench and feeding it your food, then having the audacity to complain to the server about the volume of meat on your order! You need not come back! You people were totally disrespectful to everyone. Yelling at the manager, not acceptable. Sad this happens with tourism.”

I had to rewarm it which made me hesitant on the quality. I was totally wrong. THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER EATEN. First purchase for me was yesterday and today I went out and bought 2 more. Great dough, sauce, cheese the works. I will forever be a Hunt Brothers Pizza only..”

They put us right in the walkway that the servers used to go to the kitchen. We could hear the kitchen the whole time banging on the other side of the wall.”
