It’s like Baseball, you get 3 strikes and you’re out!First meal (Strike 1) beef and bird.Stake was over cooked, asked for medium rare with some blood but was over cooked and chewy as beef jerky, but the chicken was rubbery as like frog legs.(Strike 2) Chicken Cesar salad and it was decent but Chicken could used a different brine proses like just sugar. But the after taste has a weird funk after taste.(Strike 3) I got the buffalo chicken rap and was the soggiest food I’ve ever consumed and drenched in buffalo sauce with little to no blue cheese. Will not under stand the hype about this place, nor the portion size for over priced pudding desserts that should feed 2-4 and now it can only feel 1-2 people

We eat here often as it’s the best option in Seymour. It’s very busy with very slow service on Sundays after church. Wait staff needs to be trained better on friendliness, service with a smile, and “the customer is right” (rather than the customer needs to be corrected/put in their place when they’ve been waiting an hour for food and start to get impatient). Overall would highly recommend, but some Southern hospitality would go a long way toward improving this review.

Our food was good and our server, Haley, was great. However, one of the other servers, Jenny, was exceptionally rude saying that: “she didn’t have time for this!” She had our food in her hands when she said this then slammed our food back on the counter. I’ve worked in food service many years and you just don’t do that. If I was sitting 2 tables away from the kitchen door in a crowded restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and heard it then how loud must she have said it?? That was unacceptable in my opinion.

Today, was my first time ever ordering from Seymour Grille, and I can confidently say I’ll be back SOON! I was instantly greeted the moment I walked in the door, and everyone was so friendly. It was such a welcoming environment, and the food was so fresh & so delicious!! Also very fairly priced. 10/10!!!

Figured they would have more of a selection. Price was fair and food was hot and fresh.

Lasagna was cold and watery. Servers acted like they didn't even want to be there.

Nothing fancy, but a great local place with attentive service and a quick bite. The "down home" feel is relaxing and the popcorn is a unique feature!
