“Small establishment with helpful and caring employees. It was clean and the food was not bad. We ate in and had a BBQ chicken sandwich. The meat was tasty and fairly tender yet not smoky as we prefer. We thought the bun on the sandwich was overly sweet for the chicken and so soft it got a little gooey after adding the BBQ sauce. The sauce had a wonderful flavor and the slaw on top of the chicken was very good. The sweet tea was not as sweet as we are used to yet was full of ice and plentiful. Over all the sandwich was a little pricey for the size. We will most likely return and order the family as it is the best bang for the buck!Parking: Parking may be difficult during busy times of the day and is on gravel so it is not wheelchair friendly but there is a drive up window for takeout orders.“
“Our family loves the great smokie flavor that their meats have. The slaw is fantastic as are the baked potatoes are. We'll often go through and get a family pack where the main family question arises: brisket, chicken or pork? If it's a quickie, we just get one of the bbq sandwiches with slaw on it. They are all good!“
“Great place to get some barbecue! Their barbecue is always very flavorful. The family pack (2 lb) is plenty of food for my family of six. It comes with two sides. The baked potatoes are very treat as well. I think some sides are good (potato salad and slaw) but others are just okay (green beans) but still not bad.“
“I'm giving a 4 star only because I did not have service there. I ordered through DoorDash. I can say everything was in my order. The food was great it had a very good flavor. I'm not a BBQ person my husband is. The ribs there will make me become a BBQ lover. The potato salad is wonderful. Don't forget to try the banana pudding it's the best.“
“I wish I had taken a picture of my brisket, green beans, mac and cheese, and banana pudding BEFORE I basically licked the dishes... but here we are.FANTASTIC food. Brisket had great smoke ring, flavor, was tender, and the bark was perfect. Best we've had in a LONG time. Mac and cheese was super creamy. Green beans with bacon are better than mine. I don't think I've ever said that before. We added the special seasoning from the table to the mac and cheese, and it went perfectly together! The mild and hot sauces are SO good. Banana pudding was great too!Prices are good. Super friendly staff- pretty sure they were the owners. Blues music playing (we love blues- was a nice change from country you hear at most BBQ places). Everything was clean. We don't live close, but will definitely drive back to eat here again!Whoever is cooking knows what they're doing!“
