Paid $14.00 for a sandwich; requested NO tomatoes and NO onions. The label on the sandwich stated as such; the sandwich was LOADED with onions and tomatoes. The bread was torn and the sandwich was not put together; looked like they just threw it on the broken bread.Very disappointed with the whole experience!

i’ve been to this location half a dozen times with no issue until the last time. because of the way the manager talked to my boyfriend, I removed 2 stars. I get that remaking a sandwich is annoying. but to flat out tell us “we don’t have to remake your food” and then roll your eyes is unacceptable. the food and other workers are amazing, but obviously management needs training. as someone who has worked in the food industry, if I treated a customer that way, I would’ve been cussed out and possibly written up. managers are not excused.

Just stopped by for lunch and ordered a Turkey Bacon Ranch with no veggies. I got an overpriced turkey and cheese sandwich. No bacon, no ranch. Just a 16$ turkey and cheese. Probably not stopping there for lunch again.

Typical Shelbyville experience, a scaled down version of a fantastic sandwich restaurant. No Freestyle drink machine, no way to order online, no way to call the store. The only wayto order online is to get ripped off by Postmates, Uber Eates or Door dash. Firehouse website says they are closed, the app says they are closed, it's 7:19 PM, Google says they are open, who knows because they have no contact number. Again, typical Shelbyville, under stocked, behind the times and disappointing experience. Been eating at Firehouse for years, all over the southeast. Our Firehouse in Shelbyville is a Joke. Come on Firehouse folks, get it together, add the freestyle machine, add the hot sauces, get a phone number and fix online ordering!
