They have it posted to let them know if your using coupons but then they tell you that you can only pick from certain sandwiches. The coupons do not say that you have to get certain ones. So I don't know who in that store decided that but fyi that's false advertisement and they shouldn't be sending out coupons if some of the stores are gonna make their own rules. Didn't feel like arguing this with the cashier. But I won't be back to that one and I will contact Subway too. Prices are so expensive best not to eat out unless you have coupons.
Went in with a 3 footlongs for $18 coupon and saw a large sign on the sneeze gaurd, that said “if you plan on using a coupon, let us know before you order.” When I informed them, the worker pointed to a much smaller sign that said the following 5-8 (don’t remember the # exactly) subs were the only ones you can get.I understand that the large sandwiches like 2x meat shouldn’t be on there, but basic chicken subs doesn’t seem to be too much to ask for. The coupon didn’t have any exceptions in it, except the standard “at participating locations.” To me it feels a little too close to a bait and switch, so I won’t be going back to any owned by these people.

So much turnover, such miserable workers, always disgruntled. Location does not participate in Subway corporate deals. All signs point to greedy ownership. Unfortunately, Subway is no longer an option when I am in Shelbyville. Steer clear of this location.
