Wow! I have never been so satisfied eating Mexican food as I was with this place. First off, I stopped by as I was running late to church and grabbed some things for takeout. Food was ready in like 6 minutes! That was amazing for me since I was already running late. Then I open it up and find amazing sized portions and the best tasting carne asada taco I’ve ever had! I can’t say that I was overly excited to hear that Shelbyville, Tennessee had another Mexican restaurant. I think that makes a total of 74 Mexican restaurants in this town. The remaining 67 restaurants are chicken places. Anyway, the food was very very good. So good in fact, that I may no longer visit the other Mexican restaurants. The quality of the food definitely makes up for the lack of waitstaff. It seemed like the Host/waiter was one of only two people waiting and bussing the entire restaurant but they both worked as if they had a personal stake in its success which lead me to believe they may have been the owners/operators.
