I love the new vibe, that you can make reservations and the signature cocktail for March. I also love that they don't rush you just to make room for another customer. On Signal, it's wise to start with limited days/hours. The appetizers & desserts are wonderful.Sadly, both times I have had a full dinner (fairly early in the evening), the dish I wanted wasn't available. The chicken dish I ordered instead had wonderful sides & I loved the rosemary sauce, but the chicken was way over cooked.I understand that a new chef is coming in a couple of weeks. Hope the next time the main course will be better. This week, I went back with a different friend and we split the veggie pizza which was delicious...the new chef is there & I think the dinner experience will be much better going forward!Wheelchair accessibility: Available parking overall is limited (nothing the restaurant can do about it), but the handicap parking was fine and there's a new ramp to assist.

Incredible food, service starts with folks remembering you've been before and they often remember your name! Meals are well prepared with a nice rotation of the menu!

Reservation made online and we sat inside as it was a cold evening last night. It was a bit loud inside. Service was excellent. Beautiful restaurant. There were 4 of us and we started with the whipped feta which was great. For the main dishes - Salmon with polenta and carrots was excellent; Lamb Kofta Gyro as well as the Chicken Alfredo with tomatoes and capers were awesome as well. Salata Baladi could have had more arugula...a bit sparse for $12. We weren't fans of the Salsiccia Pizza...even with the new crust and not the focaccia bread. It was just ok. Still a thick crust and I prefer thin so I shouldn't have ordered it and I definitely wouldn't order it again. How about adding ground lamb kebabs with lots of med spices and taziki with a side of grilled vegetables? Please keep the Lamb Kofta Gyro as it was superb. Overall a great experience and we will return.

Go here!We had read all the reviews and were reluctant but a bit eager to try this place “up on Signal”.We made a reservation on the website which was easy. Had I to do it again, I would have noted that the patio is enclosed and is just as comfortable as inside. We sat at the bar waiting for our table (we were early). She had a nice glass of wine and I had the Civilized Old Fashioned (a bit sweet, but still good). Our table (inside) was ready. The appetizer was “Whipped Feta” with na’an triangles, we shared a small salad, and then we shared the roasted double-chicken special. All very good. I stuck with my original Old Fashioned and she had another glass of wine.Jackson was our table server and provided good advice as well as impeccable service. The place used to be a red/white checkerboard tablecloth Italian place, so the atmosphere was very nice. Maybe a tad loud and the warning/advice about parking was spot on.$78 (before tip) for three drinks and quite enough food to share and leave feeling full but not stuffed.Parking: Plan on driving thru the restaurant’s lot first to check for a spot, then maybe at the garage next door. I parked there next to a Porsche, so it must be safe there.

Had a maple sour, messe plater, and mushroom pasta. Everything was good but not great and at the price point I would want great. The atmosphere was very nice. Service was good but I felt like I was being up sold on everything.

We tried Civil Provisions tonight and it was an alright experience. We made reservations ahead of time to sit inside but when we got there we were told that there wasn’t any seating inside and that we could sit outside with the heaters. Since it’s in the 40s right now, we asked how long the wait would be for a table inside like we were hoping for and they said it would likely be more than 25 minutes so we went ahead and sat outside. We were bummed because based off the photos we’ve seen, the atmosphere inside looks lovely. It was super loud and difficult to hear our server throughout the evening. We ordered a mocktail. The flavor was really harsh and unfortunately made us not want to finish our drinks ($7 a piece, reasonable for a mocktail). We ordered the steak and scallops for dinner. While the scallops and steak were good, the fries that came with our steak were cold (but flavorful). We ended the night with the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and we really enjoyed that! As we walked to our car, some older guests were making out in the parking lot and were blocking our car and wouldn’t move, which made for a very odd ending to the evening. We ended up spending $100+ so bummed we didn’t love our experience. Overall, while the food was fine we likely won’t be going out of our way to go back.

So very much want to love this place! Hoping it will improve with feedback. We’ve been about 3x now. And family members more than that, all with disappointment. Overall, the food just isn’t good. Especially the pizza. Just avoid that completely. Even the hamburger is lackluster. The combos are also not good- the scallops for example- and the salmon with polenta tasted like garlic had spilled all over it. We’ve tried numerous things and nothing stands out.The service comes with an attitude especially at the host desk. Every time. The other night we tried to come in and I counted over 17 empty tables. Basically the whole restaurant was available but they wouldn’t seat us bc they said they had reservations coming in. By 6:30. We left, but I had to take a call and was in the lot and could see that by 6:30 they were still plenty of availability. Had hardly filled up.Also, you can only order to go food online or in person. They can’t take phone orders so for family members at Alexian for example it’s just a no go. Also, I personally tried to call while on my commute home and couldn’t access online then- so a no go.Would be so nice if things can change for the better which I believe it can. Would be a wonderful spot if it can change a few things.
