Outstanding! Carne pizza outstanding.Crab cakes delicious. Signal Mountain very fortunate to have Civil Provisions. A winner. Good variety of wine, beer. Lovely martinis. Highly recommended.
Reservation made online and we sat inside as it was a cold evening last night. It was a bit loud inside. Service was excellent. Beautiful restaurant. There were 4 of us and we started with the whipped feta which was great. For the main dishes - Salmon with polenta and carrots was excellent; Lamb Kofta Gyro as well as the Chicken Alfredo with tomatoes and capers were awesome as well. I love the new vibe, that you can make reservations and the signature cocktail for March. I also love that they don't rush you just to make room for another customer.
