Food is ALWAYS Mediocre @Subway and that's being honest.Unless someone else is paying here I'll NEVER pay, use my hard earned $ to eat @any Subway.And someone treated me to this visit.I think their prices are too high for the Food Quality.

ordered a BLT for delivery, but for some strange reason, other than sheer chance, I somehow ended up with ham and salami. called and spoke to someone who sounded like they were young and could've possibly made a mistake when making the sandwich, ok whatever, BUT DO NOT FOR ONE SECOND make it seem like I ordered the wrong food. listen to how that sounds, "you ordered the wrong food for yourself". no no no, my child, I have the receipts and have no problem showing and/or reading it to you, also, 2 things...1: your customer service is hand dipped dookie straight out of the toilet. and 2: did you think offering to making me a spit sandwich was gonna make up for that which I would've had to come and get which ultimately defeats the purpose of getting delivery?...worked in food industry for a long time, I know it gets busy and the environment can be stressful, but that doesn't make the actual work itself difficult, so please, prepare yourself for this cliché, "if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen."

Not much for to-go food on Signal Mt. So Subway is a great , quick and healthy alternative when you just need to grab and go !
Subway today was fast and friendly. Ordered a subway club and it was prepared pretty quickly including time to toast. Paired the sandwich with the raspberry cheesecake cookies and a tea and I was set for lunch.

It is a nice, clean, franchise location, with a very nice owner. I happened to have met the owner on multiple occasions, who had to make subs because this location is infested with unprofessional and rude staff which they had to fire. So for a brief period of time, they had one worker for day shifts with the owner of this location pitching in. Since then they have hired new staff, but you might want to watch them because they have messed up a sandwich or two before on accident. Yummy sandwiches.

I was extremely disappointed with the “professionalism” of this franchise location. Not only did this employee make a comment about my weight he then proceeded to forcibly throw a stale cookie at my face. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Dirt in the back of the truck yaheard?

I typically have a decent experience at this location but the last few months there have been 2 teenage boys working who clearly don’t care about what they are doing. There have been a few times where one wore his headphones the entire time taking my order while having me repeat every single item more than once because he wasn’t paying attention and then the other young boy who alway has a very sour attitude. I was there today and requested provolone and american. He asked me to repeat it so i did. Then repeated it for the 3rd time as he proceeded to still make the sandwich wrong and got a poor attitude when I asked him to please give me what I asked for for the 4th time and said that he never heard me say both. I was the only one i’m the store at this time and their professionalism is just sloppy.
