The worst experience ever at a Firehouse Sub. Took 40 minutes and they still didn’t get my order out. It wasn’t until I asked for a refund till they started on my order again 40 minutes later

Probably about 15-20 people waiting for 30-45+ mins right now for their food! The service is awful and they took away the TVs so nothing to do as I wait forever for my sub. It’s a sandwich, how long does it really take!?

They have the best sub. The Italian Sub is my favorite one. They have fresh ingredients and the bread is soft. They put just the right amount of meat on it and the Italian Dressing gives it a great flavor. I have tried a couple others but always go back to this one. Service is great quick and efficient.

Normally I thoroughly enjoy Fireshouse subs to the others, however, this trip might send me to the others. I ordered a medium sub combo with soup. The soup had already been put away and they planned to microwave it in order to get it hot and that was after they had forgot to even include. Didn't include the pickle. I told them to just give me the money back on the soup if they are going to microwave food. Disappointed.

Ordered online 24 hours early for 30+ people and they gladly took my money. However, when I arrived to pick up the food at the earliest time I could schedule, I was told it would "...be a little while..." Needless to say, my lunch was not ready on time and my lunch for the group was late by 20-30 minutes. The manager or lead said someone else's order was in front of mine but I had picked the earliest time to be sure I could get my food on time. How does that work?? I don't think my order was started until 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Very disappointed in the delivery of the food and the promised time. I won't order here again for anything larger than a couple of sandwiches in the future. They can't deliver on their promises. And for the sake of anyone who orders a big order, STOP using the stupid numbering system to identify the sandwiches, especially when those numbers are NOWHERE to be found on your on-line ordering menus. Now I'm late and I don't know who gets which sandwich! This has been a complete cluster!

Normally love this place. Firehouse Steak and Cheese is my fave. But, the last 2 that I bought have not been fit to eat. Straight to trash can. Last one did not smell right. I always get them to go so no return option. I guess it's time for a break or change my menu choice.

I do not frequent this restaurant often so this is being typed immediately after service. I walk in to see one other customer waiting. Nothin to hear but the background hum of the machines , 4 young employees behind the counter mumbling low to each other occasionally, with a couple of them prepping , a couple standing or waiting, while the 5th is sweeping here and there. No hello's, no welcome to firehouse, no hey, its gonna be a slight wait, as we are prepping right now. Complete and utter silence for 10 minutes while I and another person waited. I asked the other customer how long he had been waiting and he said a while. He hadn't had words from anyone either and didn't know what was goin on. I decided to wait because I don't mind as long as i know why, plus its so easy to ruffle feathers these days by just asking questions. Another customer walked in and she waited. Eventually we communicated via eye expression and shrugs on the oddness of the situation. The first word to ever surface was my husbands name ringing out through the restaurant as he called it for the pickup. Other than that, no words at all from the employees. I don't know if that's the culture there or if its a "second shift" or "young people" thing, but its a bad look if new customers are desired, who may not know what to expect. I cant even vouch for the food, because it was not mine, but some customer service training would be beneficial.

Employees did not have any type of hats, hair nets, etc. to keep hair from food. Cashier did have on a visor. What got my attention was the one employee with longer hair who kept throwing his head back and forward. Nothing to keep hair from flying!
