My initial review over a year ago was one star and I wasn't happy about the cost or service. I will admit the last half year or so something changed. The service has gotten unbeatable and always ready in like 15mins and they almost always run deals on the food so it's not terribly priced at all. Especially with the promo codes they also offer. From my experience, night and day different from my experience the previous year. They got it figured out now. Order here all the time.

I honestly don’t know what has changed at this establishment but my pizzas have been burnt or extremely saucy on several occasions. We no longer order once a week. However, in the past it was delicious 98% of the time!
I see these bad reviews about timing and service but little do people know that sometimes places can be understaffed. Even with staff, there are so many people who order at the similar times which increases delivery and pick up times. Anytime I order from here my food is hot, tastes amazing, and presents well. I worked for papa John’s for serval years and understand how it can be busy sometimes. People should be more considerate when writing nasty reviews. One review said they waited 3 hours and lived not even 3 miles from the restaurant, well then why didn’t they pick it up instead of writing a nasty review? Did this person give papa John’s a chance to make things right? Probably not because people are so quick to leave terrible reviews. Be considerate and give places a chance to fix the mistake before leaving a bad review because you’re upset.

Tried the Spicy Garlic Stuffed Pizza. Horrible taste and the presentation was even worse.Not a red pepper flake in sight definitely not like ad. It's giving false advertising. Should have got DiGiorno!

Ordered pizza and was told 15 to 30 minutes. When I arrived I was told it would be another 45 minutes wait as Nissan placed 200 pizza order.. so they forget loyal customers and take 1 big order first...total unprofessional and and very rude.
