I honestly don’t know what has changed at this establishment but my pizzas have been burnt or extremely saucy on several occasions. We no longer order once a week. However, in the past it was delicious 98% of the time!
I see these bad reviews about timing and service but little do people know that sometimes places can be understaffed. Even with staff, there are so many people who order at the similar times which increases delivery and pick up times. Anytime I order from here my food is hot, tastes amazing, and presents well. My initial review over a year ago was one star and I wasn't happy about the cost or service. I will admit the last half year or so something changed. The service has gotten unbeatable and always ready in like 15mins and they almost always run deals on the food so it's not terribly priced at all. Especially with the promo codes they also offer. From my experience, night and day different from my experience the previous year. They got it figured out now. Order here all the time.
