Sooo I just order a Texas Cheesesteak melt,my hash browns was burnt to hell up under it,I know they get a lot of ppl in and out but ur food should never be like this if u want ur customers to continue comin back .... So I got BS today 1030am (Smyrna,Tn.)... And when I ask for the Waffle House sauce,the lady responds was I don't have time to look for it and my Waffle was cold
This location doesn't accept Togo orders?!? Wtf I was providing breakfast for my whole team of 15 and no one would answer the phone then their answering machine came on saying they don't accept. Guess they lost a good amount of business!!

Went there on lunch break (bad mistake) anyways ordered my food.. 20min go by and finally the cook starts with my meal, HOWEVER she did not change gloves out the entire time she cooked. Handling raw meats and veggies, preparing other meals She was even handed a cash tip which she put in her pocket and proceeded to continue putting orders together all WITHOUT changing gloves...
