Have ordered the BOGO pizza for approx. 15 years. Today, we ordered BOGO small meat lovers pizzas today +pineapple. Was charged $2 for pineapple. Not a hint of pineapple on either pizza. Called to get a credit on my credit card. They say they can't credit my VISA over the phone. They can add pineapple if I drive back. Poor customer service! The establishment has gone down considerably since 2020, and I'm not going to pretend they are the restaurant they used to be any longer....read full review
I got my food togo, and it was nice to walk in and see that they were having a gospel singing. It was great to enjoy for the few minutes I was there. The food is great and it's everyone's favorite in my house.

Rafael's has THE BEST BBQ wings. It's a lot of wings, too. I buy a whole tray when I go. It's about $30. But it's extremely worth it. We always call our order in and pick it up. The employees aren't very talkative when I've been in. didn't even acknowledge I walked in. I stoof there for a good 5 minutes. And the workers knew I was there.
