The cookies are delicious, everybody knows that. What makes this location stand out is the incredible service. On two different occasions I've spoken with the manger, Laura, about an issue and she's gone absolutely over the top to make situation right. Let me be clear, neither of these issues were a mistake or anything the store did wrong. Crumbl cookie has become a highlight for 2 little ladies in a nursing home. One of them is my aunt who always made scrumptious desserts for us when we were growing up. She totally deserves a Crumbl cookie treat when we see her. She has dementia but her love of sweets is still intact!

Overall, the food was really good. It was sort of wet in the middle, but I think that just added to the texture and the atmosphere smelled a lot like bakeries. It reminded me of childhood.
