“Atmosphere is so important to us when dining out. A CLEAN comfortable atmosphere with GREAT lighting. The staff looked happy and like they enjoyed their jobs. Tony without exaggeration was the best and brightest waiter we have ever had. Kindness and comfort poured out of him, and he has this home-like comfort about him. Almost as if he invited us to his place for a meal. The food came out quickly, and was delicious. Everything was as expected with portion sizes not too big/not too small. “I just wanted to share my recent experience with Southern Tre. We get take out and dine there regularly since it is a few doors down from us.On March 19th 2024 we ordered spaghetti with meatballs and sirloin tips. When we opened it up back at the shop we had spaghetti, but no meat balls!I called them back, the young lady that answered the phone was very apologetic and said they would certainly take care of it, she also offered dessert as well, which I refused but she insisted.They went above and beyond. Not only did we get a huge piece of cake but also another entire plate of spaghetti and meatballs.That is excellent customer care.Oh, both of dishes were delicious!“
“My wife and I ate a early dinner on Saturday afternoon around. 4:30. They were not very busy and we got a great table in the back over looking the river. We eat here often and are never disappointed with the food and service. Our server was Daniel,he was very pleasant and professional. Great location and atmosphere,would highly recommend Betty's.“
