Took me 2 1/2 yrs after moving here, and i can't believe how much I was missing out. Family of 4 full dinners under $70, and I have to say they have some of the best catfish I've ever had. Hush puppies, fried okra, shrimp, cheese steak all amazing, and such a plate full of catfish I didn't even have enough room for dessert. We will definitely be making this a regular place. Since it's only 3 miles up the road. Next time definitely trying the fried apple pie.
This place was like going back in time to when my grandmother was still alive, you can’t go wrong with some good old fashion county women food! Everyone was so kind and treated us like family!Kid-friendliness: My two year old daughter had a great time meeting such sweet people!

We met Eddie and Michelle when they helped us out when we were stuck in the snow. They told us about their restaurant and we made it up today.The food was outstanding! We had chicken tenders, hamburger steak, and a hamburger. The fries were very hot and tasty and the okra and squash were outstanding. Cheyenne, our waitress was very friendly and attentive and we even had a good conversation with 3 of the regular locals who got double hamburgers that made me instantly regret getting chicken tenders. Ha ha. However, we are planning on going back even though it is over an hour trip for us, but it is well worth it. I highly recommend this restaurant especially if you are a local and if not do yourself a favor and make a trip up to eat. You won't regret it.
This little countryside Road had amazing taco salad and cheeseburger. The rumor is the fish on Friday is unbeatable. Very happy to have found this place on hwy 58;near watts bar. Definitely will be

I eat at this restaurant very often. The food is always good, the servers are helpful and friendly. It's a small town restaurant with real good food and good prices. I'd recommend to try it at least once and I'm sure you will be a repeat customer.

Awesome food! As all the other reviews rave about the catfish, I agree. Awesome catfish, great hush puppies, too. Service was quick and friendly.
They didn't have pie an, there's a sign up for the pie.. The fish was mushy .. I'm telling you fish isn't mushy if it's fresh, like they claimed it was supposed to be.... Hamburger had no flavor..

Great Chicken and bacon sandwich! Service was immediate. Small little cabin. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star was because I came for the homemade pie and it was not ready at lunch time.
