I am editing my previous negative review I posted a few weeks ago. The manager invited me back for a free make up lunch. I ate there today and I must say I was very impressed with the food and the service! The food came out hot and sizzling. It was delicious! Kayla, my server did a great job of taking care of me. I also noticed she was taking great care of all the customers seated in my section. I could hear her asking the customers "how is your food", "do you need anything"? The most effort I've seen out of any server at any restaurant in a long time. Thumbs up!

So we waited for almost 30 minutes fir our food. I ordered shrimp and chicken grilled with onions green beans and steamed broccoli. I was so hungry I didn't care I ate it all and it was good. My husband's order was a different story. He ordered Mac and cheese with chicken on top of it and a garlic bread for sides. It was terrible! The Mac and cheese penne noodles was white sauce like a bland Alfredo sauce and the clincher was the garlic bread that could be a weapon as hard as a hammer. The server was awesome. Kept on checking with us, served us well. But the food was a bummer. Nope, not coming back . I make a mean Mac and cheese at home??

Sadly spent $75 on some of the driest salmon I’ve ever eaten and my wife said her chicken tasted like a grilled chicken patty from the freezer aisle. Both of our garlic mashed potatoes had chunks of uncooked potato in them. Not a fan and very disappointing. Kids food was fine. But pizza, chicken tenders and Mac and cheese are hard to mess up.

We ate at Applebee's Tullahoma location. I love the French onion soup and the chicken wonton tacos. We always request to sit in Zac's section because he does such a great job. The orange chicken used to be so good and would love it if you guys would bring that back.

I just want to take a minute and brag about Zac and his terrific service! He's attentive to his customers, and he knows how to make them laugh. If you go to Applebee's I highly recommend asking for Zac!

I don’t usually make it to Tullahoma or Applebees, but after such a great time with Zac taking care of us, we’ll be back. We weren’t planning on having drinks but Zac changed our mind. His knowledge of the menu was encyclopedic and his service was attentive but not overbearing. That’s a rare feat for my demanding wife. 3 thumbs up for Zac.

Had dinner there last night. Order chicken breast dinner. My plate arrived pressed chicken that looked like a fish.Chicken was made from pressed together parts instead........... of real chicken .Mashed potatoes tasted like sour milk .Awful disgusting dinner. Make me sick to look at.Awful experience....
